As the market leaders for the production of membrane keypads and graphic overlays in the printed graphics industry, we are dedicated to continuously improving our products and services. We recently conducted our annual survey across our top 500 customers in February 2012, and this has provided us with some valuable feedback.
We found a rising trend with our customers placing more of their screen printing business with us, two thirds now place over 50 per cent of their business, and 30 per cent said they now place 100 per cent of their screen printing with us.
Other key findings also included:
- 97 per cent of our customers said that our staff are very courteous
- 94 per cent said their calls were handled quickly
- 94 per cent said they think our staff are very knowledgeable
Our Account Managers
- 98 per cent of our customers said they feel their account manager is knowledgeable and professional
- 87 per cent feel that their account manager is making a positive contribution to their business
- 92 per cent are satisfied or very satisfied with their account manager
- 90 per cent of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with their products and think they are superior
