To provide you with a further insight into our digital prototyping service and how we manufacture and deliver in such short timescales, please refer to the timeline below:
Day 1
- Provide your brief to Fascia Graphics. We check the information. If all present and correct, the brief is passed to Engineering to quote.
- You will then receive a quote the same day
- We will review your order. This review takes place to ensure all dimensioned drawings, artwork files, colour references (and circuit layout if membrane keypad) are present.
- Your order is then loaded and passed to Design on day one.
Day 2
- Final artwork is put together and arrives by email for customer sign off.
Day 3
- Overlays/membrane keypads are manufactured. For membrane keypads the overlay and sub-layers are still manufactured on day three.
Day 4
- If UV Lacquer is required on the overlays or keypads, this is applied on day four. For keypads, the circuits are also printed on day four. Finally (for keypads), membrane assembly takes place.
- Final inspection and a full functional test is carried out. The overlays/keypads are then despatched.
Day 5
- Graphic Overlays, membrane keypads arrive with you on the fifth day.
- In some instances, digital overlays have been turned around in just 24 hours (subject to the design). Membrane Keypads can be produced in less than five days but this is subject to design.
